How is it performed?

After Dr. Khan has determined which areas of your face, neck, or body may benefit from Morpheus8 treatments, a numbing cream will be applied to the areas marked for treatment. Once the numbing cream has had time to take effect, the handheld Morpheus8 microneedling device will be pulsed over the treatment area. Multiple passes with the device may be performed at various depths of treatment to get optimal amount of skin tightening and fat remodeling. For maximal correction, Dr. Khan recommends 3 treatments, spaced 4-6 weeks apart. Patients requiring a greater degree of correction may require more than 3 treatments for best results!

What to expect after undergoing treatment with Morpheus8?

You will experience redness and swelling after the treatment but this should resolve within a couple of days. You will need to keep your skin hydrated with the appropriate skin care but you can resume wearing makeup 24-48 hours after the treatment. Majority of patients report continuing on with their normal activities immediately after treatment. Remember, while you will notice improvement after just one treatment session with Morpheus8, multiple sessions are needed for maximal correction.
