This patient is a 40 year old female who had lost approximately 75lbs. via diet/exercise. She was unhappy with the deflated appearance of her breasts and the excess skin/fat on her abdomen. She underwent 24 hour recovery breast augmentation with silicone implants placed in the dual plane position and a full tummy tuck with muscle plication. Note the improved abdominal contour (even though she still has some swelling) and breast shape after only 3 months.
