41 year old female desiring improvement of her breast shape. She had initially undergone a breast reduction, followed by augmentation with saline implants. Unfortunately, she developed a capsular contracture of both implants and presented to us for revision. Note the improvement in her breast shape after undergoing removal of saline implants with full capsulectomy and replacement with round silicone implants.
